About
Don opened his solo law practice in 2007, just after passing the California Bar Exam. Over the course of a decade, Don built a practice that started out as a solo firm to a seven-figure law firm with five attorneys and support staff. Don was a seven-time recipient of the SuperLawyers Rising Star award. Don's clients ranged from emerging tech start-ups to $90M+ manufacturing companies.After a decade as a practicing attorney, Don discovered his passion for tea and decided to turn his hobby into a second business. In the first four years of operation, Don oversaw fourteen consecutive quarters of growth ($10M+ revenues), several local "Best Of" awards, and the opening of three more stores. Don successfully exited the company in early 2020.Currently, he is a full-time business consultant, specializing in advising business owners on implementing cutting-edge technologies into their businesses and assisting companies with their operational and culture problems.Don was a Founding Board Member of Entrepreneurs' Organization - Inland Empire chapter, as well as a Founding Member of the Chapman University School of Law Alumni Board. He is also a Mentor/Coach for ACE Next Gen Inner Circles and a proud member of The Acceleration Group, an invitation-only network of entrepreneur investors who have all built and exited multi-million dollar businesses. He lives with his wife and three children in Orange County, California.
